Exercising to moderate Pain

I used to have serious neckache on a daily basis some 1 year ago.

Sometime then, I've realised the solution to it is simple- exercise.

Lately I've been exercising and working out almost once every two days, that's until I came to Singapore last week.

My back and body feels weak without my regular dose of exercising. I'm planning to go and run later.
